Artwork:
- All documents needs to be in PDF Format

- If the files submitted in Word Document or Excel needs to be converted to PDF format

- Users are responsible for their own artwork. Files submitted must adhere to the specifications stated above.

- Supa Online Print will not give any prior notification if the files submitted do not match the required specifications.

Turnaround:

- Delivery turnaround will commence from the date of artwork confirmation. 

- Turnaround lead-time based on working business days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

Payment:

- All prices in Indonesian Rupiah and inclusive of 10% PPN (tax).
- Payment modes are credit card, virtual account and bank transfer
- All payments must be made within 24 hours upon placement of orders.
- All successful orders will be accompanied with an invoice via email.
